Holiday Inn London West

As part of the refurbishment of Holiday Inn London West, Chelsom were commissioned to provide the lighting for the 75 executive guestrooms. The team at ICA succeeded in creating an interior design concept that reflected the vibrant areas of London nearby and fittings from Chelsom’s latest collection were specified to enhance the scheme.

‘Swing’ wall lights finished in Polished Chrome teamed with neutral shades were specified for the bedside to add to the contemporary aesthetic of the guestrooms. The stylish LED ‘Slim’ reading light in Polished Chrome was selected for the desk area. At the specification of the designers, the standard fitting was modified to incorporate a deeper base unit with coordinated push switch while the rotating head and flexible arm allow for optimum light direction on to the work station below. Completing the lighting scheme is Chelsom’s ‘Dine’ pendant. Suspended above the desk area, the contemporary fitting finished in an oyster coloured fabric with a chrome ring and matching suspension unit provides the perfect addition to the urban inspired interior scheme whilst creating warm ambient lighting.
