We wanted to get in touch since our last update on 17th March as these are very fluid times and everything is changing around the world very rapidly. Most importantly, we are sending our very best wishes to all of you and we hope you are keeping safe and well throughout this difficult period. Let’s hope the global situation comes under control  as soon as possible and that we all do everything we can to minimise further outbreak and loss of life.

From a business perspective, we want to assure all of you that we are still here working hard to support all your needs. All of our office based staff are now working from home using digital systems  to connect with one another and our wider global client base so whether for ongoing projects or for prospective work, quotations, CAD design drawings, technical support, project management and video meetings can all happen as required. Our brilliant factory team are still working at our UK facility to maintain all manufacturing and dispatch processes, whilst adhering to all strict Government guidelines on personal hygiene, health and social distancing. Our manufacturing operations in the Far East are in touch with us daily and we continue to service projects around the world using our global logistics partner.

So, although these are challenging times, we are still very much open for business and ready to answer any of your ongoing queries or discuss future designs and projects. Our considerable UK stock holding of standard designs is available for immediate delivery as always.
