Project: St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London
Client: American Loft Company
Designer: G A Design International
Bespoke Glass Art table lamps from the Chelsom Gallery collection have been used throughout the 245 West wing guestrooms and Chambers suites at the luxurious St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London.
Flanking the bedsides in the opulent Victorian interiors are rich translucent bronze table lamps featuring mouth-blown stacked glass balls with polished chrome metalwork. Complemented by duck egg shades in slubbed silk, these statuesque transparent lamps offer scale without dominating the elegant interior.
Elsewhere in the suites, unique free-formed solid glass sculpture lamps in a deep turquoise hue have been specified by designers G A Design to enhance the subtle scheme of aqua-marine and natural beige. Teamed with crisp cream shades, the fine quality and weight of these hand-made pieces reflects the status of the hotel as an icon of English hospitality.
The 5-star St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London is a stunning restoration of a spectacular Victorian Grade II listed building, designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott in 1873. Created to offer rail travelling guests a world of grandeur and luxury, the St Pancras hotel is still renowned as London’s most romantic building.
