Working alongside contractors Pinington Construction, engineers Thomas Consulting and architects Harrison Pitt, Chelsom created a scheme that reached the strict specifications of light output and energy efficiency, yet offered an aesthetic solution commensurate with the age and historical significance of the building, which was once the core of community life.
